Hello homeowners'  associations!
 
Attached is a copy of a public notice for a Working Session with the Clear Creek County Planning Commission to consider review of existing zoning and 1041 regulations as they refer to utility-scale renewable energy facilities (such as wind and solar farms).

The notice also refers you to the County's website where you can find a copy of the Staff Report, and other relevant information about the purpose of the Working Session and this consideration.  If you are not able to access the information online, please wait until Monday, July 13th.  All information should be up on the website by then.
