Road

Rusty will grade roads in early October and look into expanding the area "narrows" below Red Tail. Equipment rental for the grader will be through Wagner equipment.

Website

Marci is retiring and their house is for sale. Curtis will take over the Website and mailing list when she moves.

Board Elections

Board members were voted on and the list is attached. President, Vice, Sec and Treas need to be voted on at the next meeting in Dec.

Karen, Otto and Curtis all volunteered to keep their positions for 2006.

High Speed Internet

High Speed internet is available through WisperTel or Clear Creek Wireless.

Power to the Gulch

Several homeowners are interested in having Excel come into the Gulch. This will need to be looked into and reported back.

Fire Dept.

The York Gulch Fire Departement is well funded, but still needs volunteer firepersons.

Small Tracts

Still going forward, but slowly. Land value is currently being looked at.
