approve the minutes for the last two meetings was passed. Treasurer’s

Dave has been calling real estate agents to
inform them that the Home Owner’s Association is not a voluntary HOA,
as they
had written it in the for sale brochures. A real estate agent has
requested
past minutes, financial statements, regulations, declarations, and
budgets to
be available online. Curtis is currently working on uploading these
requests. Wildfire:
Dave has submitted a grant for grading Bald Mountain
Road. Roads:
The county has 2567 tons of road base to be distributed though
out the county beginning in September. Kiosk:
John emailed Kelly Babeon for an update but hasn’t heard
back yet. New
Business Invoices:
A motion was made to send invoices for 2014 dues. The
motion was approved by all. John will write the invoice. Matt will get
the
addresses to Mari Jo and Curtis. Mari Jo
will format the addresses. Curtis will link the addresses to the
emails. Mari
Jo will mail the invoices out by July 31 for fulfillment by August 31.
A motion
for the funding to be $250 for envelopes, stamps, ink, and paper was
approved.
A motion was made that invoices will also be sent on January 1 for
payment by
January 31. It was approved by all. Block Party:
Next block party is scheduled for Saturday,
September 6, 2014. Plans will be made at the August 6 meeting. Recreational
Shooting: Forest Service is looking at creating new
designated shooting areas in Clear Creek, Larimar, Gilpin, and Boulder
Counties. In Clear Creek County they are developing a sight by Mount
Evans. The
county is also looking at other sites including a site near Dumont. A
scoping
letter will be sent out soon concerning Mount Evans recreational
shooting. The
forest service is also proposing to close 400,000 acres in the Arapahoe
and
Roosevelt forest to recreational shooting. Matt Taylor will send a link
with
the rules for recreational shooting to Curtis to be added onto the
website. Road Signs:
Lance inquired about getting road signs, the county
will only provide signs if it’s on a county road. |
