Meeting minutes
from March 26, 2015 meeting will be emailed to the board for review
& approval during the week of 08/10/15.
New Business
- Annual
Home Owners Meeting & 2nd annual Chili Cook Off will be on
Saturday, September 12 at noon (annual meeting will begin @ 1:00) Board Member
elections will be held at this meeting.
- This
event will include live entertainment, a chili cook off & potluck. Please
bring a batch of your favorite chili along with an appetizer, side or dessert
to share, and the beverage of your choice.
- Motion to spend $200 for entertainment for annual
meeting made & passed
- The HOA will mail out hard copies of invoices for 2015
dues versus sending out the invoice via email. John Bottomley will update
the 2014 letter and send out to the Board for review so this can be mailed
out prior to the annual meeting.
- Motion
to replace Curtis DePoyster with Tina DePoyster as Treasurer made &
passed (Tina will be added as signator on the Centennial Bank accounts
and Curtis DePoyster will remain back-up treasurer).
- Clear Creek County is currently accepting applications
to add additional roads to the county maintenance schedule. In order to
apply, we would need a petition with the required number of signatures,
plus the application ($300) and variance ($50) fees.
- Motion to approve application for county maintenance
extension made & passed. Petitions will be available for signatures at
the upcoming annual meeting on 09/12/15.
Areas being considered for application are:
- Upper York Gulch extension between
overlooked way and the octopus which already meets most of the specification
requirements with the exception of the level of incline near the intersection
at Consolidated Ditch.
- Redtail between York Gulch & Mule
Deer, contingent upon review by a representative from the county regarding
feasibility.
- Motion that the GCCHLA Board, nor its members, will
not take an official position, or submit public comment, on behalf of the
association on the recreational sport shooting issue made and passed. All
land & homeowners are encouraged to submit their personal comments on
this issue.
- Motion to adjourn made and passed.
