Old Business
- Motion made to approve
meeting minutes from March 29, 2016 meeting. Motion passed and minutes
will be posted to the website at http://www.yorkgulch.com
- Information related to the
requirements and process for creating a special improvement district
for GCCHLA has been postponed until a future meeting (date TBD) as Jim
Vogt was unable to attend tonight.
New Business/Updates
- Update regarding GCCHLA
insurance policy. Current policy transitioning to a new carrier.
Additional information forthcoming at next meeting.
- The date for the GCCHLA
Annual meeting & picnic has been confirmed and will be held on
Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the York Gulch Firehouse.

Clean Up
- As of June 2016 the County
Road Base Project for Clear Creek County does not have funding.
Submission of the road base petition on behalf of the GCCHLA referenced
in the March minutes has been postponed until additional funding is
available for this project.
- Motion made & passed to
budget up to $200 for paper, envelopes and postage for sending out the
annual letter & dues invoices. (Actual cost should be around
$100-$150 based on 2015 expense).
- Continuation of the
discussion from the March meeting related to inquiries / requests made
to the HOA for expanded services from the association related to road
improvements & maintenance (grading, plowing, etc.). Motion made
and passed to provide a survey to gage the interest level for services
will be available at the annual meeting and in the mailer with the
annual letter & dues invoice for those who would like to provide
input on this topic.
- Finalized annual letter /
invoice schedule for 2016 –
The secretary
and the treasurer will validate the home & landowner list from the
county
and update GCCHLA mailing list by or before June 30, 2016. (A meeting
is scheduled
for 6/26/16 to finalize this list.)
The president
will provide the annual letter to the secretary by June 30.
The
project to stuff & address envelopes for the annual mailer will be
held in
July 2016, date TBD (volunteers are Heather Huntoon, Courtney Donovan,
Judy
Gallaher, Krista Kirby, Tina DePoyster & Mari Jo Crouse). Actual
mailing
will occur in early-mid August.
