GCCHLA Meeting – Wednesday, March 8, 2017 (Draft)

Old Business

  • Motion made to approve meeting minutes from September 10, 2016 meeting. Motion passed and minutes will be posted to the website at http://www.yorkgulch.com
  • Information related to the requirements and process for creating a special improvement district for GCCHLA has been postponed until a future meeting (date TBD) as Jim Vogt was unable to attend tonight.

  • Motion made and approved to begin using a standardized “dues status letter” for homeowners requesting documentation of good standing (or past due status) of annual HOA dues for lending/refinancing purposes.

 

  • Stanley Road to Fall River Bridge Discussion –

On Tuesday Feb. 21st @ 10 am the County Commissioners met to discuss a proposal to change their formal recommendation to CDOT regarding the proposed bridge from Fall River to Stanley Rd. Previously their recommendation to CDOT was for a pedestrian bridge with emergency vehicle access.  In this meeting a recommendation was approved to change from a pedestrian bridge to a full access vehicular bridge and has been forwarded to CDOT for consideration. 

  • Central City is implementing parking restrictions near Columbine Campground that is traditionally used by weekend campers / ATV traffic. We anticipate a significant increase in traffic, sport shooting & recreational usage in York Gulch.  
  • Ryan Watt has lightly used 12 volt batteries ($47/ea), racks & cabling for sale. If you are interested, please contact president@yorkgulch.com
  • John Bottomley is looking for homeowners who would like to share in the cost of a grader rental this summer. If you interested, please contact president@yorkgulch.com
  • The GCCHLA bank account has started to incur monthly fees with our current bank. A motion was made and passed to move the accounts to another bank with no fees. Treasurer will provide update at the next meeting.
  • Motion to adjourn made and passed.
