Treasurer's Report

Fire Checking $ 1,565.00   Homeowners Checking $ 1,395.00
Fire Savings $ 8,282.00     Homeowners Savings $ 7,132.00
Dues: $125 a year  Home Owners Association $25, Road Fee $100

GCCHLA will not ask for fire fund contributions next year. Instead GCCHLA will ask that the money that would have been contributed to the fire fund be contributed to the road fund.

Road

Rusty and Larry Kramer will talk to the county to see if they will take over maintenance on the main loop now that the "narrows" below Red Tail has been widened.

Website

Marci is retiring and their house is for sale. Curtis will take over the Website and mailing list when she moves.

    Master Land Owner List

    Karen, Curt and Marci are working on a master land owner list.

    High Speed Internet

    High Speed internet is available through WisperTel or Clear Creek Wireless.

    Power to the Gulch

    Karen reported that Xcel would charge about $240K to extend power to Alpine, but this is not a firm cost. The board discussed that this would be a major change to York Gulch and should be discuss with all homeowners if anyone is serious about doing this.

    Fire Dept.

    The York Gulch Fire Departement is well funded, but still needs volunteer firepersons.

    Small Tracts

    Still going forward, but slowly. Has been extended for another year. Phase 2 will be conducted in groups of 4 people.

    Misc:

    Karen will pursue a special tax district for homeowners fee collection after she returns from CA.

    Heads Up

    Do not walk dogs on Old Stage without a leash, there is a homeowner who is not friendly. Be careful walking on So Saddle, there is a pitbull who has attacked other dogs.
