April 7, 2026 letter from District Ranger Justin Forgensi sent to GCCHLA president Laurie Beckel
This letter responds to a recent inquiry to the Forest Service about whether two specific mining claims — the Conclave Lode (MS 16483) and Hercules Lode (MS 1492) — were covered under the existing GCCHLA road easement. The letter confirms both properties are listed in Exhibit B and that their existing driveway is covered, provided the owner is an HOA member. The Forest Service also used the letter as an opportunity to notify GCCHLA that the easement is approaching its 30-year review period and to invite the association to engage in updating the easement terms.
